That is one of the nicest new Hamers I've seen in a bit. Congrats!

I don't have to get permission but I like to share with the lil' lady that I am thinking about making a major purchase. It's mainly to make sure that she's on board and I wont have to deal with an arguement later about it. All my recoridng gear purchases have held me up from buying any new guitars for a long time. I have another amp I want at this point but after that I will line up for another nice guitar. Probably an Anderson Cobra. She supports me with purchases as long as I am not digging into bill/mortgage money. At this point the majority of my gear money is tied up in recording gear. I only own 4 electrics and a few amps at this point so she can't really get on my case about that. -MattB

The Jackass guys were funny, it was even funnier when the Fall OUt Boy band had to go up there and face them when they knew the Jackass crew hates Fall Out Boy. Steve-O was hammered as usual.

Saw Billy playing, that was very cool, although they cut it off way short to go to a commercial break. Asshats.

Business cards and flyers for upcoming gigs is what we do. We are also in the process of getting a few hundred of the mini cd's pressed with a few songs on each to hand out at bars. We've never had complaints about the flyers. Stickers, buttons, anything you can give to people to get them coming back is a good idea. We try to toss out T-shirts here and there to the ladies. Also, having a banner made with your band name and Website on it is a good idea. Hang it up when you play and people will have to look at it all night and will remember the URL to your site. -MattB

We are a family here and we give eachother deals. $1200 fer a beat blitz aint gonna happen homeslice. I feel bad for whoever gets duped into buying it for that much. -MattB
