  1. i have owned a bm60 head for quite a few years now. they are built very well as david mentioned. i don't know why he hates them (;-)). on the m series, the lead channel is voiced like a marshall and the clean channel is voiced like a fender. there is a mid shift on the clean channel to cover blackface/tweed preferences. the lead channel has some shifts to change the gain structure quite bit. they are very versatile amps and can cover a lot of territory. i use mine with an 80's cover band and have been very pleased with it over the years. you MUST make sure it has decent power tubes and that they are biased per rivera specs. this makes a huge difference with these amps. i don't know which footswitch comes with the quiana but the m series switch has a ton of options. the loop can be set as a boost and footswitched in and out as needed. the ninja boost is on there too as is the reverb, lead/rhythm and lead boost.
  2. thanks for the interest. the delay is sold and paid for already.
  3. bump for one of the best sounding and most versatile delays i have run across.
  4. thanks todd. use teefus at insightbb.com
  5. i don't have a really hot fx loop to try it in but it has 3 internal trim pots for adjusting inputs and outputs. craig
  6. this is a dls echotap delay pedal. it has 2 sep. delay circuits one set by tap tempo and one dialed in by time. each delay has it's own volume control and the delays share a feedback/repeat control and a control for repeat warmth (goes from digital clean to tape delay warm). this is a very musical and rich sounding delay and includes it's original box, a/c adapter and packing. there is a blinking led to indicate delay rate/time. this one is super clean, not a mark on it, has velcro on the bottom though. these sell for $290-300/new, $185 paypal or money order gets it shipped anywhere in the lower 48 by fedex 2 day air, insured.
  7. bump for a great sounding and playing guitar.
  8. this is a takamine koa guitar model ef-108k. it has the tak gt-4bII preamp with 3 band eq, volume and tuner. the guitar has been played and has scratches and dings. i would rate it a 6.5-7 on a "10" scale. their is scratching where you arm would sit on the bass side of the top, standard pick scratching around the sound hole and some buckling on the back and bottom. nothing through the finish. the strap button is missing on the back of the neck, a strap cord was used around the headstock. the neck is bound and has small, snowflake inlays, and tak branded small button tuners. the bridge has a 2 piece compensated saddle and one bridge pin doesn't match the other 5. the boby is bound including the back and there is binding down the middle of the back. the koa wood is a deep brown/red and very pretty. the guitar sounds and plays very well with very low action and no buzzing. there is some fret wear in the first two positions. the guitar ships with a new musician's friend branded padded gigbag and will be packed well. looking for $575 shipped in the u.s. by 2 day fedex air, payment by money order preferred. paypal accepted but please split the fees.
  9. i have 3 valvetechs now. one stock vac 50 watt (the red one) and 2 hayseed customs. rob is fantastic to work with. his hayseed series is based on the vox circuit. you can get several versions, early, late, trem, reverb, ef86, etc. i would recommend valvtechs to anyone. the last head he made for me (w+ is totally killer. the first custom head he made for me (b+w) goes head to head with guytrons, dr.z and carrs and most people prefer the valvetech. the attention to detail and fine tuning of the amps is second to none. his vac amps are of his design and can cover clean, dirty and high gain territory.
  10. wow. $500 for an xt with rios and tonepros and a hardshell case. that's killer.
  11. wow. nice range of inventory there. looks great.
  12. yep, rob's OT mod is a great idea. it makes it a lot easier to go between a 2x12 cab and a 2x10 cab which i have. you can really dial the amp in for just about any set up. i have a hayseed custom and a vac 50 watter. they are both pretty amazing. i had an informal amp shoot out last tuesday with some friends of mine. they brought a guytron fv100 (through a dr z z-best cab with a red fnag and an alnico tone tubby) and a mesa mark iv combo (stock evm). both thought the valvetech vac 50 (trutone 2x10 with a weber thames and a weber chicago) sounded better, besides being much more affordable.
  13. aren't you in cowlumbus? i might be up there visiting my bro-in-law soon. maybe a hand-off would work?
  14. it looks like a great guitar and the price is right. i'd jump on it if it had a hsc.
  15. double check the rio color coding for coil(s), ground, hot, etc.
