The original "Lenny" guitar was bought for $350! It is an omen! And eventually came with a free neck and sticker too!!!

Ebony looks really cool. But if not taken care of properly it has a tendency to crack, which is less fun. Tonewise I don't really hear much difference either, especially on overdriven tones. I guess ebony is a rarer wood also (?) so for sake of the enviroment I prefer rosewood or maple. I alway tought that Ebony needed less care, due to the bigger density of the wood. Doubt it, ebony tends to be more prone to cracking than rosewood it seems...

Rosewood just ahead, nice warm tones... not to mention smooth sounding...

Not one Boogie has yet to not impress me... I'm saving up for a Roadster halfstack myself...

Lacks solos though... And btw, once when they were interviewed about them and Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin influencing their music, they said they've never heard of them before...
