The seed is now already in full bloom. The next guitar on my want list though is a Hamer Centaura in a marble stone finish. About nine years ago they had one at a show here in Hollywood. Went back with the cash and it was gone. I am going to get one of those. After that it's Hamer Standard time. I have wanted one of those forever! Just got to save and save.....

How is that, compared to a Jazzmaster? (I know it's almost a jazzmaster but different brifge and verything Mr. Mascis loves, including purple ) The big diff is the jumbo frets and bridge. The body is basswood which i am usually not to big on but i like it on this. It came into my work and lasted about five minutes in my hand. I had to have it. I love the clean sounds on it.

Hello all. I just caught the Hamer bug and thought this might be the place to chat. I got a steal on a Hamer Diablo on ebay and i am hooked. I am now looking to save and i hope score a Hamer Standard.
