Hello!  Long time no post for me.  Even though I've got more Hamers than my wife and I have fingers and toes, (and none of us are down any digits) I've kinda been a stranger lately.  I do have perfect feedback on eBay under "Srvwannab" and I've also bought and sold from most of the OG's around here over the years.

This is a really pretty USA Standard.  I had a chance to pick up my grail watch at a good price, and I need to fund my already made purchase with the smallest amount of hassle possible.  (It's a Rolex James Cameroon Deep Sea, for those of you that have more than one "habits" of choice...)

As can be seen from the pics, '59 burst, gold hardware.  It is in excellent condition without any dings I can see.  The back has those fine scratches that seem to be on every guitar I have bought that is pre-owned- so, don't expect perfection.

I'm not great at posting photos.  I shrunk them way down.  If you need the hi-res ones- just reach out.

I know I'm going to regret this- but, life is full of choices. :)

Domestic shipping is on me.

I have a strong feeling that guitar was once mine. If so, that is Joe Dantig's signature, from when I met him at a seminar he and Kim Keller hosted at Wolfe Guitars. Great guitar, and I only sold it because I was buying a house.

Can you describe its acoustic voice?

It’s kind of like “Tik-Tik-Tik-Tik…”

Nice Sea Dweller!  I’ve been jonesing for a “Batman” GMT, but the current prices are crazy.  Ended up temporarily scratching that itch with a Speedmaster “Racing” a few months ago.

Such a classic watch!  I think you scratched that itch very well!

Yeah, it was an impulse buy, actually!  The pics don’t do it justice.  Makes a nice addition to my Seamaster I’ve had for over 20 years!

That sends me down memory lane, I bought a new Omega Seamaster at a Military Base Exchange back in the '80's, when the US Dollar was strong and exchange rates were low, pre-Euro too.  It's in a box somewhere, I haven't worn a watch since I retired from the Military several years ago, haven't really needed to.  B)

Will you take $350 for it?

I'm sorry!  My alerts were turned off- didn't realize it.  I did put my personal email in the listing.  I'll reply.  Apologies.
