Baritone Hamer?

I think there was a version of the Monaco that was a baritone.

Yes, David Grissom had a Baritone Superpro for some time. He used it with the Austin City Limits House Band.

Our own @ToneJunkee owned one for a number of years as well.  Pretty sure he sold it a while back.

If I remember correctly, it was only in black, with a dotted fretboard.

There was at least three; Monaco Baritone which I believe was black with dots that i believe@ToneJunkee owned, the Newport Baritone that was on Reverb back a decade or two.  

@bubs_42 , I forgot about the one David Grissom owned Superpro.  I wonder where that one went?

@Hamerica, I know he sold it. I was really guitar heavy when he moved it and could not swing it. Haven’t seen it since.

It was a standard catalog model for a bit in the early 2000s.  They didn’t make a ton of them, but I’ve played several - really cool sounding and very playable Baris!

He did and did. He sold a Black Sprucetop Newport (1 of 3) and the Baritone,but was not in a position to acquire.  Ended up with the Newport when it was resold, but have not seen the Baritone since.

I think Stone Goddard in Pearl Jam had a Daytona Baritone. Can't remember the article he mentioned it.

The Monaco was called the Monaco SubTone.

There was once a Monaco SubTone 12:

And a Monaco III SubTone, although the pics are lost to time/tears/rain/etc.

Thank you!  I was recalling SubTone from the very earliest time of my renewed awareness of Hamer, 12 years ago or so, and I saw one of those on Reverb.  I recall someone here (in my earliest days of awareness of the HFC, yadda yadda) characterizing it as "the answer to a question that is rarely asked" or some such.
