Love it except for gold hardware.   Great price, no?

Seems like a good price these days with most folks asking 5-7K for a Korina V now online.  I think it says OBO, seems like a chance to get it below 3000 would appeal to some who don't have one already.

Lawrence Katz of the Mighty Mighty Bosstones had a white one but with chrome and a white logo.    Damn!  Still pretty cool.

Is it my eyes/phone, or is there something funky going on around the base of the neck? I can’t paste a zoomed in pic due to image size restrictions 😕

Not quite sure on this one but often times digital photos play optical illusions

I’m wondering if that was the same as this one - made for Melissa Ethridge’s touring guitarist.  He sold it a few years ago and I was helping him get it out there…

It sold for less than this one..

I had a white one with a sustain block bridge, Special style headstock (with crack/break repair). I practically gave it away 10-ish years ago, - one I really should have kept. It's out there somewhere, I check Craigslist everyday...

Ah, the one that got away...

A friend of mine gave my number to Katz appx a decade ago. We were all set to do a deal for $1800. When he got to SF, he texted that an, "expert", in Vegas said the guitar was worth at least $4k. I was pissed, but politely explained to him that he'll never get that kind of money for it (in 2014).

Ah, well. I'm still a MIJ, 70's V guy to my core. Sure was a nice-looking Hamer, though.

Yep.  At the time, $2,500 was a high price.  I recall who f'd that deal up too...
