Jim85IROC Posted January 3 Posted January 3 If you happen to be interested in an import, there's a dirt cheap Korean Eclipse listed on Marketplace in the Hartford CT region. I'd nab it if it was closer https://www.facebook.com/share/15VXaJUFBe/ 1 Quote
Citrus Posted January 4 Author Posted January 4 Gonna stick with USA and see what pics show up from hamerican gigolo hopefully over the weekend. Thanks though. 1 Quote

Cboss Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Just say no to the imports, it's by far the best policy Quote

I know, I have done that with six or seven of them, it is very tempting; but my experience is at the end of the day you put in a bunch of work and hopes and effort and it is still vastly inferior, and no matter how good you get it you're always conscious of that, every time you pick it up.. the USA's are just so fantastic When you can get an import standard for 700 bucks instead of $4,000 it definitely makes sense tho, at least as a placeholder Edited January 4 by Cboss 2 Quote
specialk Posted January 4 Posted January 4 Yes USA is way better than imports. I just don't recall ever seeing a USA Eclipse in Natural. Was this one stripped? Quote

I've found the imports to be surprisingly good guitars, good enough that some of mine have stayed in my collection when some US Hamers gotten moved along. The biggest issue with most of them is their lackluster electronics & pickups, so once you swap out that stuff you wind up with a killer budget guitar. 1 Quote
