stobro Posted February 27 Posted February 27 Back in the '80s when I worked at Altec, I managed to get a pair of these 9842-8As at a "garage sale" the factory was having. They were the speakers for my stereo for a few years until I was forced to downsize. They looked exactly like these- same utility gray paint. (The -8D was the furniture grade version.) 2 Quote
