What are you looking for? Dots, crowns, sunburst, opaque? There are a couple out there that I know of if you are seriously interested.

I only know of one presently for sale. I passed on all of the information I have on any for now. These are very hard to find-some people have been searching for years for one!

There have been more for sale in the past year and a half than there have been in the past ten years, but that's not saying much. On a GOOD year, maybe three or so come up for public sale. Pretty tough to find!

Its not that people have been searching for them for years, but they want them to be bargains too.

Those $2K 4 digits I passed on years ago now look like bargains.

'79 rare-bird, naturalburst, or as Uncle Rick Nielsen describes it as 'blond-burst', Serial #0225 (it's gouged out serial number will be re-stamped..once serial finds the stamps/wood). I'm the third owner. :ph34r:

THAT's a rare one. I think that there were four or five in that configuration only, including Rick's (yellow trans/natural with dots and the Nielsen-esque wide spaced octave dots.).
