shredmeister Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 So far we are working on Little Wing (Derek & Dominos version) , Too Hot Too Handle, Living After Midnight and Standing on the Outside (Dokken). What are some others you guys are doing?
JohnnyThunders Posted April 3, 2009 Posted April 3, 2009 I'm working on rhythm for the Ron Asheton Tribute portion of the evenings program, Search and Destroy, Loose and I Wanna be your Dog with Bruce, Johnny, Robbie and others joining in. Not sure who is playing the leads but I do no posses the talent for solos. Wow love too hot to handle I remember seeing UFO do that at the old Agora in the mid-70's looking forward to hearing that one.
earachemyeye Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 Jailbreak. Good suggestion. For the mellower crowd I also have in que Listen to Her Heart by Tom Petty and Best of My Love by the Eagles which would be a great tune for Jimmy Johnson to accompany on if there's interest.Joe
duncans Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 I listen to a lot of different styles but prefer to play some type of blues. Red House, Stormy Monday, tht type of thing. of coure if its like last time and I have a couple too many it won't matter anyway as I'll just sit and listen. Hoping to meet some more HFC(ers)! Looking forwaard to it!
earachemyeye Posted April 4, 2009 Posted April 4, 2009 I'm always up for blues. I'll bring the harp.Joe

I'm home! What a trip. Songs, let's see, what sounds good on a Talladega? Anything with three chords, of course! Like: I Hate My Job Apologize I Wish I Wasn't Human Pineola (No need to look these up, you won't find them, and they're only 3 chords anyway, which allows for plenty of jammin) Is MC Chris coming? Vicious Live With Me Amerika (Version 6.0) Bohemian Like You More later....
specialk Posted April 7, 2009 Posted April 7, 2009 Welcome back, Bruce! We need to hear some stories of the trip! Pics are always good, too!
