RobB Posted July 14, 2021 Posted July 14, 2021 This one is super-great. The kind of compilation that would be great at almost any party. Â 1 Quote
RobB Posted July 14, 2021 Posted July 14, 2021 (edited) Oh, the joy of Japanese pressings. You could use this platter to kill someone like Oddjob does in that Bond flick... Â Â Edited July 15, 2021 by RobB 1 Quote
RobB Posted July 14, 2021 Posted July 14, 2021 3-disc set from Book of the Month Record Club. I had no idea such a service existed. Duke swinging his nads off with his awesome orchestra. Quote
RobB Posted July 14, 2021 Posted July 14, 2021 (edited) Hari Georgeson's upturned middle fingers to John/Paul. This 3disc set is a bit of a slog, but there's so much great playing that makes it worthwhile. Probably could have been edited down to two AWESOME single-LP releases but, hey, just MHO. Â Well, thassit for this round. I was surprised I came home with this relatively small number of LPs. There were WHOLE BOXES of Zep, Who, Stones, Beatles...over 2500 lps to sort through. It was nuts.
