Ting Ho Dung Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Basically unused? Are all thirty accounted for?Edit: Tree-fity. I know.
atquinn Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 I paid $1500 for mine and sold it for about the same. I thought that was a good price. -Austin
Ting Ho Dung Posted April 7, 2013 Author Posted April 7, 2013 Mmmm.......... This guy is asking nearly double.
django49 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Paid much more than that for mine. Do not regret it.There MAY be some NOS out there, but the (apparent) owner seems to be unresponsive. Mine MAY be up for grabs after my Huber custom order appears. Not sure when. Would love to expedite. Love Hamers, but Hubers are SO much better.I would think anything below $2k today would be a bargain, even "used".
a.bandini Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 I got #12 about 3 years ago on Ebay for $1450, if I remember correctly. I'd say it is in about 8.5 out of 10 condition - nice, but not perfect. I haven't seen another on the bay since. Good luck with your hunt.
Thundersteel Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Wolfe Guitars currently has one listed for $2850.http://www.gbase.com/gear/hamer-studio-custom-limited-edi-2006-redwood

django49 Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Very nice. Hard to sell anywhere NEAR that price, IMHO.Did it jump out at you as something special enough that you would want to pay a big premium over many other easier to find models?I like them a lot, but when you get up there----Let's just say over $2k-----There are many great choices.......And not a lot of open wallets.
MCChris Posted April 7, 2013 Posted April 7, 2013 Hamerica's Redwood was probably my favorite of his stable of very impressive guitars. The Redwoods and the Earthen Maple run were cool and actually hinted at a rudimentary grasp of marketing.
