sixesandsevens Posted July 23, 2013 Posted July 23, 2013 Hard tail preferred and I'm open to most finishes. Player grade ok... Casa de Sixesandsevens is no museum. Whatcha got?
Pwn57ar Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 I have a '97 black mahogany standard 9.9 condition that I would be willing to sell for $800. Not crowned and bound, but a fat sounding instrument to say the least.
sixesandsevens Posted July 27, 2013 Author Posted July 27, 2013 Ooh. Got any pics?Edit: And welcome to the HFC!
Pwn57ar Posted July 27, 2013 Posted July 27, 2013 Ill get some good pics up on Monday. I have one pic on my phone, but it was taken in a friends studio (read: backyard cabin), and it really doesn't do the guitar justice.

Hbom Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 Wow!So there's the dilemma.A Greco in hand, or Standard in Canada? Good luck.
FrankieIII Posted August 1, 2013 Posted August 1, 2013 That's a 3x3 Blitz, not a Standard! It's the Standard Blitz...lol...
Pwn57ar Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Ok, sorry for the delay. I uploaded the images to photobucket, but I'm having a hell of a time squeezing them into a post.

ptm1diver Posted August 3, 2013 Posted August 3, 2013 Hey. If you have deep pockets, you can check out the Orlando Craig's list. There is an expensive one there. Good huntingPaul
Pwn57ar Posted August 4, 2013 Posted August 4, 2013 Okay, I followed the link in the email to the questions you asked... Sorry but I had originally responded to the email notification that I got a PM and thought I had addressed in response to the email! And for anybody else who is looking right now and initiated a personal conversation, I responded with emails and to all the questions and offers and thought I had done my part, but obviously not the case (there were more than 20 questions and offers from members!). So if you didn't get a response via email regarding a question or offer through PM I apologise. So, 6n7, I now know how through PM. And sorry again for all this noob confusion.
sixesandsevens Posted August 4, 2013 Author Posted August 4, 2013 Very nice. It's hard to tell in the pics... on my phone I thought the guard was cream, but here it looks white (that's color gamut for you). Not that it matters much, but which is it?
Pwn57ar Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 http://m213.photobucket.com/albumview/albums/geoff_f/image-10.jpg.html?o=0&newest=1This is a flash photo of the guard, which I always thought was white. Did they sell them with the cream guard? So one of you guys was nice enough to pull the images off me photobucket and do with them what I had intended to do from the start. Thank you cynic!
cmatthes Posted August 5, 2013 Posted August 5, 2013 It was originally white. They can turn cream over time. I have one in my parts bin that started out life as a white guard on a black '97 Standard exactly like this one.
