Hey guys-

Looking for work in the Chi-town area, thought I'd throw this up and see if anybody here needed what I'm pushin'. Love to get opinions on the vid in any event. Here's my "ad copy"...

Guitarist available for cover (and original) band work. For more info/pix/audio/video/ect go to: http://www.bandmix.com/guitarslinging/

This is a "stream of consciousness" sampling of tunes. No overdubs, no punches- just one long take with the Axe FX II straight into the recorder (I go direct into FOH live as well). The only edits done were to remove "dead air" and pedal board clicks between riffs. Everything you hear is the Axe FX direct, I did not EQ or use any effects outside the Fractal unit. All effect and tone changes are done on the fly as I play via the Fractal MFC pedal board. What you hear is exactly what the audience would hear in a live show... just hopefully without the clams...

I may not be able to give you a little Somthin' Somthin'. But I may be able to give you a little Sumpin Sumpin.

You're a pro dude and I admire you. Great tunes. Good Luck.

Seriously, that's nice work. If you can't find a top-notch cover unit with those chops 'n' tones, I'd be surprised. Good luck!

I have seen and heard him live at one of his gigs and he brings it.

Stage presence, vocal pipes, musicality, and tasty to downright ripping lead work.

He does it all very well.

Thanks, gents.

Believe it or not, Diablo, it's been a bitch. At least finding a gig that pays is.

And Nathan, I'm actually older than that, but BM doesn't give a year option past 99. I credit my "youthfulness" with healthy living, tantric sex and of course the cursed painting I keep in my attic...

The fur is negotiable. But I don't charge extra for it....

As "adds" go, that one is great.

It is a bit discouraging that svl can't get a good gig.

But I'll admit that I had a DJ at my wedding as I couldn't afford a band (we'll my band played, but we played for free and only did 4 songs).

It's very impressive that you took the time to put together something so well facilitated. Bravo for the patience and ability to do it as well as you did.

A little sample from one of my projects, to exhibit the guitars in the mix...

I just returned from outside where I smoked a bowl. Sat down to this. Wow. I'm going to put it on a loop for a while and see where I come out.
