Shelved Pink Floyd album project (with no musical instruments)

There have been legends about an album that the Floyd was developing after Dark Side of the Moon with a working title of Household Objects. It was supposed to be recorded with what its title says.

I seem that I recall some mention of it in a recording engineer-oriented mag back at the time.  The consensus was that, even though it started as some sort of high-minded "art" project,  in the end it was best to just leave it out in the wilderness to die.
