Thanks for the heads up! This is the 1st time I'm actually jumping on a SDOTD. I normally use a Protec Contego for rehearsals or Reunion Blues double for gigs, but this was too good to pass up.

Definitely gone now, but I did get one last week for $79.99 (regularly $129.99).  It is maybe nicer than the MONO Bass Sleeves I’ve been using.   I need it for a weird shaped bass that’s a little wider than my usual basses.  Not my pictures, but it’s the same model gigbag and a similar bass.

Thanks for the post; bought one and should have bought 2. Nice cases.

Funny when it came I was puzzled; have a guitar in transit but too early.  Fender branded cardboard box shipped from a Guitar Center in Richmond VA.

I did not get the case, but I did buy that travel guitar that was listed. I am going to be in Budapest for a month starting next month, and my poor Taylor mini probably won't make another adventure. The headstock joint has separated. Since I actually like that little bastard, I have been looking for something to replace it on the trip just to keep my callouses hard.

As a follow-up to this case, I made a transatlantic flight with it recently and it performed wonderfully. My guitar was well protected and I had more carrying options to free up my hands. I will never look at soft shell cases the same again. I wish I would have bought a couple of them. These things are killer.

Meaning you checked your guitar through in this case?

I gate-checked it and it was stored in a small closet on the plane. It was much lighter and less cumbersome than a hard case.

Walking through the airport with luggage was a breeze. I used the backpack straps and it was super easy.

Rats! Missed it. Those cases are pure awesome.

You can try calling them. Sometimes they'll do it if it's the same day.

I'm in Switzerland right now. I won't be able to call tonight.

Oh. That does sound like an acceptable consolation prize.
